These terms and conditions define the procedures for ordering, payment, delivery, refunds and complaints, relevant to all sales on the Amour Bells® website.

and the Buyer is any visitor of of this web-shop that chooses at least one product, completes our electronic order form, or provides his/her order using a signed order form, telephone or fax. All prices are in Croatian Kunas (HRK) and include VAT. Contract is binding upon receipt of the goods.

All orders are treated as placed and received in Croatia and all contracts for the sale of goods are subject to the law of Republic of Croatia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Croatian courts.

2. Payment

Methods of payment:

  • Credit cards: We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Diners. Our secure Internet service provider is T-Com (Pay Way service).

  • Upon receipt by cash (within Republic of Croatia only): Upon receipt of the articles ordered, the Buyer pays by cash to the employee of the Croatian Post Inc. (Hrvatska posta d.d.).

3. Confirmation of Your Order

Once the on-line purchasing process has been completed, the Buyer will receive a confirmation by email that incudes all relevant details defined by the law.

4. Post and Delivery

Postal provider is Croatian Post Inc. (Hrvatska posta d.d.). Time frame for delivery depends on the country from which an order was received.

Postage charge:

A) postage charge within Croatia

  • wire transfer and credit cards – 20 HRK
  • payment upon receipt – 28 HRK

B) postage charge for neighbouring countries (excluding Italy and Slovenia, and including Macedonia) – 130 HRK

C) postage charge for European countries – 150 HRK

D) USA and Canada, by airplane – 210 HRK

E) Worldwide, by airplane – 240 HRK

Time frames for delivery are: EUROPEAN COUNTRIES – up to 5 working days, WORLDWIDE up to 12 working days.

These delivery times do not include the day of order, periods when postal offices are closed, as well as time required for completion of the customs procedure in the receiving country.

Postage charge is paid by the Buyer.

If an article is not available, the Seller will inform the Buyer (by post, e-mail or by telephone) about possible delivery dates. At that time, the Buyer can accept the new delivery date or cancel his/her order. If the Buyer decides to cancel the order, the Seller will return the funds received as soon as possible but no later than 30 working days from the order date, with relevant interest included.

Upon receipt, the Buyer should check for damage and report such damage to the person who delivers the goods, and refuse to accept any goods with visible outside damage to the parcel. All risk for loss or damage is transferred to the Buyer upon receipt of the goods.

Articles are insured against loss in delivery. If the Buyer does not receive notice or goods from the Seller or postal services within 30 days of ordering, he/she should inform the Seller so that the relevant tracking procedure can be initiated and/or a replacement article sent.

5. Returns and Complains

For all purchased articles, the Buyer is entitled to refunds according to the following criteria:

  • If merchandise was paid for by wire transfer, the refund will be made to the same account number
  • If merchandise was paid for by credit card, the refund will be made to the relevant credit card account

The Buyer can request a refund or make a complaint within eight working days of delivery.

Complaints must be send by email to: cs@amourbells.com, or by post to Anglo-Adria Management Consulting, Gramaca 2E, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.

In the event of complaints/returns, the Buyer should, at his/her own expense, return the article (undamaged and in original packaging) to the Seller. The Seller is then obliged (within the period of 30 days, starting from the receipt of the written contract cancellation/receipt of returned article) either to exchange the article or to process the refund and relevant interest to the Buyer.

6. Secure Internet Payment

T-Com Pay Way uses the latest standards in data security – Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encription of data and MD5 alghoritm. ISO 8583 protocol secures data exchange between the T-com system and authorisation centres, within a private network that is protected by double firewalls.

7. Data Protection

Anglo-Adria Management Consulting is commited to protecting all personal data of its clients and it does so by collecting only basic necesarry data needed for completion of our commitments, including delivery procedures. We collect and use personal data only for the purpose of authorisation of credit cards, despatch of promotional materials, improvement of the customer relationship management, within the time that is needed for such procedures.

By ordering articles on our website, email or telephone, you authorise us to inform you about relevant news from our site. In order to opt out of receiving such marketing updates, please send an email to cancel@amourbells.com.

Your personal data is kept and protected in accordance to the Act on Personal Data Protection of Republic of Crotia. All employees of Anglo-Adria Management Consulting and its business partners are fully committed to data protection principles.

9. Weekends and Public Holidays

All orders received during the weekend or on public holidays will be despatched on the next working day. Accordingly, the delivery times will be different.
